3rd Class made their own cheese in school yesterday. We went to the cookery room and made our very own cheese from start to finish. We heated some milk in a big saucepan. When it got to 190 degrees we added some vinegar. Then we left it to rest.When we checked on it – we could see it had all began to separate. It was amazing to see.Then we drained the cheese from the liquid and put some pasta on to cook! We put our cheese on our pasta and had the most delicious meal!
We are thinking of setting up our own cheese company and making millions of euros! Come and see us if you want to order some cheese!!
