This week fourth class made their own Christmas dinner!
Everyone worked their Santa socks off peeling, cutting, cooking, dicing chopping, draining, melting, mixing, whisking and presenting their food. We were all delighted to sit down together to enjoy a three course Christmas dinner after a hard days work!!

Tossed in butter and served with crunchy lardons and almonds
Broccoli Slaw
Torn broccoli, raisin, shallot and a biter sweet balsamic dressing
Crushed Roast Potatoes with Spring Onions and Gouda Cheese
Potatoes, lardons, pickles, spring onions, tossed in melted gouda cheese
