Some SNAs and SET take children out for movement breaks. During this, they do different activities to calm people down (brain organising activities) or wake people up (alerting activities). Some people just need a break from the classroom to help them concentrate better when they go back, some people just need a chat and others might just be having a bad day and need the break. Some of the equipment that they use are yoga balls, peanut balls, stretch bands, wobble cushions, balance beams and balls for catching and throwing.
