The City Connects coordinator meets with the class teachers each year to talk about the strengths and needs of every boy and girl in the school. They help to get children referred to services they need like sports club, therapy and youth clubs. They also bring community partners into theschool to work with the children – like sports coaches, artists and theatre groups.
