We were so lucky on Monday 28th September, as we welcomed the incredible Olympian heptathlete, Kate O’Connor. What an exciting honour that was! Kate spoke to us about her journey to success, answered our questions, signed autographs and even did athletics activities with us.

Along with Kate, the EU commissioner for Sport, Glenn Micallef, came to kick off our ‘Run Around the EU’ Active Schools challenge. And TD Charlie McConalogue joined the fun on Monday too.
