The boys and girls in 4th class have been working extremely hard writing narrative stories. As a special treat, we read our stories to Ms. McKelvey’s Senior Infants. The boys and girls really enjoyed sharing their hard work. Some of the boys and girls in Senior Infants even showed some of their reading to their new friends in 4th class!
Well Done everyone!

Senior Infants and some parents came to view our amazing art exhibition.
There were two sides to each picture. On one side the children chose their favourite part of their favourite book and drew a picture of it. On the other side, their “Book Buddy” drew their favourite part of their favourite story.
They look great and we had lots of fun doing them!
Bhí gach duine sa scoil ag caint as Gaeilge le deanaí. Chomh maith le sin, bhíomar ag canadh, ag damhsa agus ag léamh as Gaeilge freisin!

Senior Infants were the first class to use our new activity which helps us learn our letters and their sounds. ‘Hot Dots’ game has a talking pen, which we called the wand! The wand told us if we were right or wrong on our answer. It was a fun way to check our reading!
Ms Lynch’s Senior Infants were Scottish for a day! They were learning all about the Loch Ness Monster and they even made their own Scottish kilts. Watch the video below to see the lovely things they made and listen to their special Nessy song!
